Counselling isn’t one-size-fits-all. Depending on what you’re looking for, sessions may include:

Trauma and EMDR
If trauma is part of your story, we can support stabilization, emotion regulation, and processing when appropriate. EMDR is available with select clinicians for clients who are a good fit and want that approach.

Sometimes the most important part is finding the right counsellor match—style, approach, and schedule. If you ever feel like a different fit would serve you better, we can help you switch clinicians. That’s normal and can be a helpful part of care.
