Kathleen Campbell
MA, RCC, Registered Clinical Counsellor
Kathleen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 13 years’ experience working with youth and adults of all ages. Her practice is founded on the belief that feelings of safety and connection are the foundations of healing. She; therefore, strives to create therapeutic relationships that feel warm, comfortable, and authentic. Her hope is that in such a relationship you are able to be and/or discover your true self and feel deeply understood and cared for. She aims to meet you where you are and from there draw on several therapeutic approaches that support you in moving forward in the direction and way you wish.
She is trained and experienced in Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Her counselling interests include, but are not limited to maternal mental health, substance use concerns, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
It is one of Kathleen’s greatest privileges to connect human to human in a therapeutic setting and bear witness to human healing and flourishing. She holds this relationship and work as sacred and would be honoured to work with you.
