Rebecca Fenton, BA Honours (Psychology), Graduate Diploma (Child Assessment and Counselling)

Rebecca Fenton holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a graduate level diploma in Child Assessment and Counselling. She has 25 years of experience working in the North. Rebecca works as an Instructor, a Family Educator, and an Early Childhood Specialist. Over the past 20 years, Rebecca has completed contracts for a wide variety of agencies, organizations, and territorial and federal government departments.


Rebecca has expertise in instructing and facilitating courses, workshops and groups on the topics of childhood and special needs. She conducts program/agency evaluations, curricula development, event planning, volunteer recruitment and management, feasibility studies, grant/funding application writing, and research projects.  Rebecca's work has taken across Yukon communities where she has gained an excellent understanding of health and social issues relevant to the North. Rebecca thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with individuals and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds.
